These terms apply when you use StudyHelpAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Educational use and academic integrity

StudyHelpAI is an educational aid, not a substitute for your teacher, course materials or your own judgment. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your coursework, exams and institution. Do not use StudyHelpAI to cheat, to bypass an assessment rule, or to present AI-generated work as your own where that is prohibited. StudyHelpAI does not guarantee that a school, instructor or other organization will accept any answer or use of the service.

AI limitations

AI explanations can misread a source, misunderstand a question, omit important information or produce an incomplete or incorrect answer. Check important answers against reliable course materials. The Sol source-reading checkpoint lets you inspect what the AI read before it calculates; it is not a correctness guarantee.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, using an email address you control and activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials in a way that defeats account or purchase controls. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the affected session and secure your account before continuing.

Pricing, credits and subscriptions

Current prices, credit costs and limits are published on the Pricing page. At present, StudyHelpAI Plus is C$9.99 per month for 200 monthly credits and renews monthly until canceled; unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. Extra-credit packs are C$4.99 for 40 credits, are a one-time purchase, and do not expire. Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Credits are usable only on StudyHelpAI and have no cash value. Monthly credits are used before extra credits. Luna and Sol can use different numbers of credits as shown on the Pricing page. Failed AI solves restore eligible reserved credits under their original expiry and payment restrictions. That credit restoration is an in-product balance correction and does not itself mean a payment refund has been issued.

Stripe processes payments. You can cancel future subscription renewals through the billing portal in your account. Refund, cancellation and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded still apply. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, associated credits can be blocked or removed while the payment state is reconciled.

Acceptable use

Do not use StudyHelpAI for unlawful activity, to violate another person's rights, to attack or interfere with the service, to bypass security or usage controls, or to automate abusive levels of access. Do not upload material that you do not have the right to share.

Service availability and changes

StudyHelpAI can change, add, remove or temporarily suspend features to maintain security, reliability, pricing, provider compatibility or product quality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the current version and update date will be published here.

Limits of the service

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudyHelpAI is provided on an as-available basis and is not a guarantee of grades, academic outcomes, correctness or fitness for a particular assignment. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
